During the holidays, baking cookies is one of my favorite things to do. Every year, I make my famous Brookie's Cookies (at least that's what everyone else calls them).
They're white chocolate, cranberry, oatmeal cookies that look like they're really difficult to make... but they are SO simple!
What you need:
-1 package Oatmeal Cookie Mix
-1 cup White Chocolate Morsels
-1 cup Dried Cranberries
-1/2 cup Butter or Margarine softened
-1 tbsp Water
