November Glam Bag

It's that time again! Open up the mailbox and my November Ipsy Glam Bag is here!

If you've never heard of Ipsy, let me give you a quick run-down. You pay $10 a month to receive 5 beauty product samples. When you sign up, you take a quick survey so they can choose items specifically for you, and if you get a certain type of product that you don't like, you can leave feedback and request to not have those included in your bag ever again!

It's really a fun way to try new beauty products without splurging on them, and then not liking them! You can get anything from makeup brushes, lipsticks, lotions, eyeshadowns, eye liners etc.

Oh! I forgot to mention, the cute little re-usable bags you get each month with your products in them! They're perfect for carrying make-up in for your purse, or feminine products too! Each month there is a new design so I always look forward to seeing what it looks like!

Here's mine this month:

Reviews:

Smashbox Full Exposure Mascara: (color: black) I love this mascara! Although I am obsessed with my Urban Decay; Perversion mascara right now.. this one was a great addition to the travel in my purse make-up bag! Love the volume and color of the product. It's not flaky and stays on well!

China Glaze Nail Laquer: (color: soft sienna silks) Honesty, China Glaze nail polish was never my favorite. I feel like it usually chips pretty easily and the colors are usually so thin that you need like 4 coats to achieve a good color, but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this one! The color is very "fall" and I loved the color on my nails!

Crown Brush; Pointed Crease Brush: Getting brushes in Ipsy bags are my favorite! This one is a 3 out of 5 for me. The bristles aren't the strongest, so kind of flimsy when using it! But can never have too many brushes!

Beaute Basics; Gel Eyeliner w/ brush: (color: blue) Ahh, I'm in love with this! I don't use blye eyeliner very often but when I was playing around with this one, the color just POPS! It's very creamy and easy to use... although the brush isn't the best! Using a brush I had already, this is perfect.

Figs and Rouge; Mattifying Emulsion & Pore Refiner: I tried this and wasn't a huge fan. My skin is very senesitive so I'm not big on trying lots of new skin scare products!
